He might get waived due to the Bell signing, and then resigned to the practice squad or perhaps get a chance with another team. We'll see what happens! I hope the best for our man!

Re: 5,500 fans at home games

Frankly, I think only people over 70 should question whether they want to attend of not, and then should take precautions if they do. The coronavirus has proven to be particular hard on that age group and above. Everybody else should be allowed to attend games if THEY FEEL WELL. If not, stay home an...

Packers-Bears, Sept 4, 2005, season opener in Lambeau Field. Brett Favre was still playing for Green Bay, but Pack got nailed by the Bears 20-0.

Re: Packers QB depth chart

Love is right where the Packers expected him to be, with no mini-camps or organized team activities leading up to training camp. So him being 3rd on the depth chart is not unexpected. He is a developmental QB and they are treating him like one! His job is to watch, learn and execute in practices ove...

He's not the liar and self-promoter that Barnes was. Barnes left a lot of internal rot in this program, Hartwell has rebuilt the insides. It's not all the most sexy stuff (other than hiring Craig Smith) but it was desperately needed after Barnes nearly destroyed the program. I won't say that Barnes...

You could do Spring Football if it was like a 5 game season. But you could never do, as Gary said, the 8-10 game season some people are pining for. Just not enough time. As I have opined before, let's just move on to Fall 2021. Yes, there are sacrifices involved here, but its the right thing to do i...

PAC12 Players "strike." A different perspective

I saw this commentary in the Los Angeles Times. It clearly, in many respects, places the blame for the attitudes of the PAC 12 players and their demands on the university administrators. I'm not advocating a position either way, just putting this out there for people to consider. https://www.latimes...

I would have been pissed about the non-called foul on Sam's last 3 pointer. He was fouled a lot harder than the foul called against Porter in the first half. Also, the out of bounds call against Queta would have weighed huge, because he had a dunk on that play. This, At any other point during the r...

There's also the ugly issue the IRS brought up of taxing "unrelated business income." Michigan and several other schools were "investigated." I think there is also the possibility that Shelley could come and do what USC QB transfer Jalen Green did-- play some WR, do the wildcat, and be the backup to Colombi. If an open competition is held for the starting position and Shelley were to beat out Colombi, then how is that bad for the team? Yo...

Armani Rogers is one of those players with great natural ability who just never seem to be able to put it together. Big arm, great running ability. But he's not able to keep from getting injured. He could be a great QB if he'd stay in the pocket a little more.

Dave Schramm was pulled from the FCS ranks, but if you remember, he was the offensive coordinator at Utah under Whitt a few years back, so he's not exactly "chopped liver!"
