Re: Keegan Andersen
I feel for he and Gary. It's a tough business and this would have been a crappy year to have to perform through. I do however think it's pretty lame to act like there's a problem with John because they moved on. Seems like Gary was given the benefit of the doubt in a lot of ways. It was a real snak...

Re: Do we have scholarships to give?
Would assume he ends up at Utah or BYU but we could use him for sure. https://mobile.twitter.com/TyJones_88/status/1349451184642220032 And he goes to Fresno State Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Glad to see him at least go to the conference rather than Provo. Fresno’s starting qb is a Washington...

Re: SDSU/BSU to the AAC?
And this is why the mwc should be trying their best to get BYU and Houston and maybe 1-2 more if necessary. However our AD doesn’t seem to think towards the future. And yea oleblu I’m aware they probably wouldn’t come but we still should be having those conversations and showing SDSU Boise and other...

I don’t think so. Think it’ll be the kid out of Wyoming. Granted that kid has more opportunities.

Re: SDSU/BSU to the AAC?
Watch Hair invite Houston and Tulsa to the MWC now, you know he'd try it. And he absolutely should be proactive. But more so BYU and Houston. BYU is the biggest tv draw of all these schools and they are in our geographical footprint. The mw should actively in poaching a school from the aac in Texas...

Re: Home Court Advantage
How many schools actually have fans attending the games? We are all thinking it's too bad we don't have the spectrum rocking for when San Diego comes to town, but many of the teams we are playing have never had to play with fans before. So even the 16% is making a difference. I think the fans were ...

Re: Formal apology to Brock Miller
I saw a quote from Craig Smith saying as good as Miller was offensively, he was even better defensively. How does that reconcile to the general consensus on this board that he is a poor defender. Is it just that the bar is that low, or is he better than most on this board give him credit for? I've ...

My guess too...and like I said, you can't say that. She has to know better. What in that statement could she have not said? Recent judicial decisions have come down on the side of saying you can NOT hire someone based solely on a protected class. The USU counsel and HR have made it clear that this ...

As you probably know, Saturday's game v. SDSU will be televised on main CBS (not CBSSN). I can't ever remember the Aggies playing on national broadcast television other than in an tournament game. Anybody else? This is the first game in the Spectrum to ever be broadcast on one of the major networks...

Re: Scouting the MW?
There are always going to be benefits of keeping good coaches for a long period of time. Leon has been consistently good there. I’m surprised he has not had or chosen another opportunity. Maybe if they keep this pace after this year he will. With that said I hope Boise stays consistently good. Good...

Regarding Falslev, if he's a Nate Harris or Jalen Moore type, I hope he makes his way to USU. If he's a Jake Hendrick's type, he would still be welcome. If he's more like Jordan Stone but not as massive.... perhaps he's a better fit elsewhere. :joking: Falslev is very skilled is my understanding, s...

Good for Frank. Best of luck to him. His poly ties will prove to be beneficial for Boise. Boise may be able to get the 4 star Maile out of Bingham to them. Maybe not. But Boise has some solid pull in recruiting plus the connection.

What’s the story on Keenan Duncan? Is he still planning on playing next year? I JUST learned yesterday that Keegan was the ONLY Utah State player to "opt out" of the 2020 season. I spoke with a defensive coach in late October about Keegan and the coach had never heard of him. I have no idea if he i...
