Re: The race for 2nd

Nevada looked good tonight against NM. They are playing really well. They would be a scary matchup in the semifinals. There guard play is really strong. NM is kind of crumbling down. UNLV is absolutely abusing CSU at the half. They are coming on strong as well. UNLV on their homecourt will be tough...

Sorry if this has been asked and answered, but is it possible to watch the game? I checked MW conference website and they show a broadcast for Aggie women against Wyoming, but men's not shown.
Game is not until tomorrow night and is on espn 3.

With how level the field this year this team could do some real damage. Some of those p5 schools in front of us seem a bit biased.

My nephew is just starting to get interest and was offered by Weber State. He's a junior and will have another year at a small Idaho high school before he starts college. Does anyone have any advice I can pass along to him to help out with recruiting? RB, currently 5'11" and about 210 lbs. http://w...

So if you don’t play Miller who you gonna play? Between the guard/wing spots we only have Merrill, bairstow, Brito, a gimpy Abel and Miller. Team needs more guards/wings and miller has to play regardless for depth. Forgive me but is he really a better wing defender than Bean? The reason the SDSU gu...

In all seriousness fat boy must love the fat boys at caspers. During the season he is averaging 12 pts per game and shooting 40% from 3. Vs usu this year he is averaging 24 pts and shooting 70% from 3 in 10 shots. Something tells me that wjen we play them in Vegas there is a chance the fat boys migh...

And the difference between SDS and USU? We led BSU by 18 points with 4 minutes left and lost. SDS led BSU by 13 with 4 minutes left and their lead swelled to 22 with 1 minute left and they glided in.
18 with 3 mins left. I was worried for them.

I’m hoping for a 10 spot in Omaha. I don’t think we are safe though. We have to win out to the championship game imo.

Unlv winning at New Mexico yesterday (unm was the favorite in that game) was huge for them. They are favored in 2 of their remaining 4 and Boise has Boise as a slight favorite.

I think the worst case would be having unlv at 7 and having to play them on their home court again in the second round.

SDSU remaining 4 games are vs the 4 teams we are competing against for that 2nd spot. That is a pretty tough stretch. Can they beat them all?

Of bairstow, queta, bean, Brito and Merrill was great. I hope we see that lineup more often. Really long, active and good defensively and can attack the basket.

Kuba and Bairstow

Both are playing well. Bairstow has handled the ball very for a 6’8” guy and helps a lot with Abel struggling with injuries. Kuba has made it so we can sit queta for longer and do just fine with him out of the game. Glad to have him back.

Put bean there at times and give Anderson more minutes in the post You might could do that but it would clog up the lane on offense and both bean and Anderson are to slow on their feet to guard a decent wing. Anderson can camp outside like Miller does but will hit at a much higher percentage, I’m s...

I've figured it out, folks. I know why we lost each game this year. It's not poor rebounding or Miller's shooting or missing players. None of it. Each of our losses this year came while Sam was wearing black shoes. At first I thought it might be just the road games because we were in dark uniforms ...
