The delay likely has to do more with complexity in privacy laws. The EU version of HIPAA is much tighter. Would also be interesting to see the healthcare agreements that exist when a player plays for Portugal, ie are the treated in a public setting or are they offered incremental private insurance....

For me, the best case scenario is, BYU beats Utah, and keeps them out of the playoffs, then Utah State beats BYU, keeping them out of a bowl. USU wins the MWC championship, and the Utah media are forced (kicking and screaming) to declare the Aggies the best team in the state.

The recovery time for a sprained knee, i.e., hyperextended ligaments or partial ligament tear, is 2 to 4 weeks and 6 weeks for a dislocated kneecap.
