Re: Boise State Looks Really Good
So many things about Saturday were bad. Fumbling without contact. Missed tackles. Weak defense, especially the secondary. It gets rather exhausting.

We may be able to move the ball on offense, but our defense is absolutely terrible.

I don’t even care what they think. They are showing exactly why they were unsuccessful here as coaches. They lack any professional discipline just like their teams.
His man stuff was obviously fake. This isn’t how a man should act.

They didn't just lose to Temple. They were beaten soundly. If you don't show up to your Super Bowl, I think you must not really like football very much.

It isn’t prejudice to support the biological women in this situation. However, there certainly have been statements that are prejudice on this topic. I hope you can see the difference.

Let’s see how access to the games goes before getting too excited. Apple TV may be charging us $20 a month additional to watch our games.

I didn't watch a single snap of the game. I enjoyed some time up in the hills and away from the TV. When I got back, I saw the score and decided to not waste my time on watching this trash. I still plan on being at the Homecoming game more for tradition than anything else. I would say we have trash ...

Re: Next Moves for MWC
If the PAC2 wanted 9 from the MWC, they could have just invited 9 and had them vote to disband. That would have saved them money. I don't think they are going to circle back now to bring in more of the MWC unless they are very desperate. That would just show their incompetence. In the end, this won'...

https://nevadasportsnet.com/newsletter-daily/the-latest-on-the-pac-12-the-mountain-west-and-conference-realignment This article also mentions that dropping the conference to below 9 schools somehow kills it. You are entitled to your opinion. I agree that you feel it is a home run hire based on "early returns". I'm just stating that early returns don't move the needle for me. HIghly rated recruits are great, but do they bring wins? Talk of championships sound good, but do they actually come. I prefer to ...

We have all seen those shows like Survivor or The Mole. Schools, just like people, will hurt the group to help themselves. We are just seeing it play out on a grand scale.

The issue I see is that every school has a bloated ego and vision of their place in college sports. If everyone went back to more regional rivalries, the fans would be better served and stadiums would be filled. The current country-wide conferences only serve the TV networks. It makes it convenient ...

Re: DPI no call
Definitely a PI by definition. Unfortunately, it was also really good technique that a ref on the field is never going to see. The defender got his head around (which we never seem to do). The PI wouldn't have been seen by the ref behind the play. That is really good technique by their DB.

I prefer that they don't call plays like that as targeting. The obvious issue with targeting is the lack of consistency. We seem to always be on the bad end of the targeting calls. Of course, I'm bias too.
Also, that is a terrible ball by Barnes.

Again, if you want to adopt the "We can't compete" attitude then so be it. There is certainly evidence to suggest that we don't have the budget, NIL, facilities, continuity, etc. to compete. I also think you have a firm foundation stating that the current state of football is different from 5 and 10...

So basically, you are asking us to go back to the pre-Gary 1.0 days and expect to lose. I'm sorry, I refuse. Gary told us to stop being losers. I accepted the challenge and will continue to expect our team to compete. Blake had the loser mentality and lost me too.

There is a difference between injured and hurt. Players can play while also being hurt. Injuries are different and players shouldn't play if injured.

The "we only focus on ourselves and not the opponent" garbage is about as bad as the "trust the process" garbage. It is an excuse for doing your job poorly.
