I think the brand just needs to die. Let the MWC continue to build its brand into something if there is going to be any kind of merger.

So... what you're saying is that we haven't been great the past two season? I'm glad you brought this up.

Re: New School Colors?
I wasn't there, but I seem to remember seeing this in the past at some practices/scrimmages. I think they are using older jerseys for some of those and the color has faded a bit and it has a bit of sheen that makes it look funny in sunlight.

Re: Rahsul Faison
I was not able to attend, Blake mentioned that Rahsul was at a funeral. He also mentioned that there was only 1 tight end available for today. Have their been injuries to the tight end group? I really like Lane/Switzer I also think Monney has a bright future. All the other TE's transferred to SDSU....

Schrödinger's Osobor. He is both transferred and not transferred until someone opens the box (i.e. his commitment to a school is announced).

How do you look in Lycra? I didn't really know lycra outfits were a thing until I went to our game @AFA in 2013 and sat near some guy in a blue full bodysuit. I was a little scared. No players are going to want to look like a cow. The mocking we would inevitably get from pretty much all other fanbases would rival Idaho's butt-logo-gate. The camo look hearkening back to Utah states famous military past would be awesome!!! Here is an AI-generated Camo concept. https://i.postimg....

I will go on the record and say that I don't want to see USU play one and done's on the road against power conference schools. You're going to lose almost all of those matchups. Plus I feel like a conference that can send 6 teams to the NCAA's should not have to play that type of game. If we can ge...

Yeah. Here's our thread that started with his tweet last year:

Of course, I don't take this current tweet beyond face value. He's just saying that Calhoun is interesting.

Just finished the "We Got Our Guy" thread from a year ago. Wild ride then, too. I like how the Venn diagram of those who were saying Bovee was screwing it all up back then (before the hire was announced), and those saying Sabau is screwing it up now, is nearly a perfect circle. I mean, maybe Sabau d...

Bowling Green had only 2 returning players that played, so Simon had to do a Sprinkle type of rebuild with less resources. Bowling Green winning 20 games is impressive. Re: Two Random Questions
There's been a bit of talk about buy-out clauses for future coaches. Those are usually percentages of the remaining contract, though, so if we want a bigger buy-out to either deter programs poaching our coach, or to at least sooth the pain when it happens, then I would think we'll need to have a big...

If / when the Beavs and Cougs officially join, am I the only one that prefers to keep the conference name Mountain West? Re: 20 Game Conference schedule a Mistake.
I've got a theory that it could actually end up being a pretty good thing if the conference has a good showing in the tournament this year. I'm feeling more and more that the tournament is where the reputation is built (although I think East-coast bias looms large).
