Re: First canceled game (CSU vs UNM)

This is why it was dumb for our league to stall on the season. There is no room on the back end of the schedule to reschedule. I hope we and our opponents are squeaky COVID clean or else we'll have a cancellation which I suppose could happen already on November 26th (Thanksgiving day) if UNM throws...

An offense that can play keep away and score some + a defense that applies constant pressure and forces mistakes. What's not to like?

Offense could be decent.
Defense could get ugly fast.
Not that that tho means anything. But the defense won the first scrimmage
Can't decide how I should feel about that....
In my experience defenses tend to gell earlier than offenses. Doesn't hold long term.

Do you think that if I provided a cardboard cutout if myself (fully suited up, of course) that they would put it in my regular seats for me each game? Maybe they’ll let put a cutout of you at a urinal to keep some space, while still making it feel full. Nobody goes in there unless they feel full.

Both Box Elder and Bonneville are undefeated in league play marching into a showdown in Washington Terrace this Friday. You have to like the 7-1 Lakers over the 4-4 Bees, but what a turnaround for BE after starting out winless in the preseason. The USU signee at QB for BE has proven more effective t...

@Boazy - Probable loss SDSU - Tossup @Nevada - Tossup Fresno - Tossup @Wyoming - Tossup New Mexico - Probable win Air Force - Tossup @CSU - Tossup The way I approach these is first to examine whether there are any definitive probable wins and losses. I only see 2: 1-1. That leaves 6 games as tossups...

Re: Way Too Early Depth Chart

Everything hinges on our lines. If our O-line plays solid our running game will be fantastic and our receivers will be serviceable. Our d-line just needs to be decent as I think our back 7/8 is going to be solid. One of the x-factors will be our kicker. We were blessed with Eberle, hopefully Coles ...

I've only been to one, a preseason game in Denver against the Redskins [sic]. Dang Sonny Jurgensen (without his beer gut) was unstoppable that day. Re: Thompson announces Boise may play less conference games to play BYU

I would love to see Boise suffer the consequences for begging out of a conference game to play BYU. But if they go 7-0, they will be undefeated in the division. The team that Boise skips will also only play 7 conference games, so they can't go 7-1. It is possible that both Boise and that other team...

Re: Thompson announces Boise may play less conference games to play BYU

That's fine, but if a team goes 7-0 and another team is 7-1 I think championship tie-breaking should favor the 7-1 team. No it shouldn't. It should be based on win percentage. So if Boise drops a conference game, they risk going 6-1 and not having using head to head to decide the division against a...

Or, testing finds asymptomatic cases (but not hospitalizations or deaths) justifying extending encroachments and shutting down competition and other "useless" things that make life worthwhile. 'Cuz it's so dang fun to be in charge and make people do (or not do) things.

Maybe metzenheimer? Be curious to see if their opinions have changed?
Meitzenheimer has the best linebacker name since Busta and McNutt.
Except (Pat) McNutt played tight end.
