He seems like our best bet for stability. And we need stability. This instability is clearly making it hard for NIL.

Re: Staying or Leaving Poll
Washington is in the big 10 now. I think that is a very good spot. Not sure why everyone is pooh poohing uw. UW was a below average team in a below average PAC 12. They'll only be worse in a more competitive conference. That said, I'm sure his mind is made up and he's out of here, along with Osobor...

Re: Staying or Leaving Poll
He's gone. Source? Uh have you seen Logan's bar scene? You think a coach is staying for that? Yea I’m not sure why that matters. Logan is the only good place to live in Utah. It’s a pretty solid place. Just because he isn’t a member doesn’t mean the only thing that matters to him is drinking 😂😂😂. T...

What do we think about the Christian Horner scandal (whatever it is, nobody seems to be talking)? What do we think about Hamilton to Ferrari next year? What about F1's rejection of Andretti/Cadillac? I'm a fan of nobody talking about it. Far too often, people are crucified before any details come o...

Re: Formula one!
I can mostly get behind your ranking. The one area where I'd guess differently is that Ferrari and Mercedes will be closer than Ferrari and AM. I even think that Ferrari will have the slight advantage there. Ferrari has had the single lap speed since 2022, just not the reliability and tire wear. I ...

Anyone here enjoy formula one? Drop your preseason rankings below! I’m hoping we get a few races with some competition this year. I’m gonna be bold in my prediction even though we all know who is likely to win this year. 1. Red Bull: boring I know but we can’t bet against them. At least not until pr...

How often do soccer games end in a 0-0 tie? How often do both teams pitchers carry a no-hitter through 8 innings? I suppose there is a difference. I am aware of 1 game when both teams threw no- hitters. That happened in a game between the Cubs and Reds, in 1917. I am assuming Quackattck's wife was ...

Re: Sam
Every MLS soccer game I have watched had a bunch of flops in the last third of the game. In a tie, the road team wants to secure the points and will dive often. With a lead, the home team will do it. It is annoying. Yea there’s a couple flops. They take out a few minutes. Idk it doesn’t seem extrem...

Oh, I think I have a decent understanding of the "beautiful" game. The last 30 minutes you watch grown men flop around like a bunch of fish to waste time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjyqCqiMc0M I haven’t really noticed that as a major thing. Usually the big flops stop the game a lot quicker th...

I went to a couple of RSL games several years ago. I was guaranteed by others that it was an amazing experience. The first game ended in a 0-0 tie. The away team was flopping all over at the end to run clock. I was unimpressed, but I was told it is much better when a goal is scored. I went to anoth...

Love RSL but my issue with MLS is the inaccessibility of watching games. It was great being able to watch every game on a local station. Does anyone even watch the NBA All-Star weekend? I, for one, had no idea it was happening. Played tourist for the weekend and didn't pay attention to the news or NBA. However they have a bit of a situation there they have all three schools within like 20 miles so it created a big rivalry. We are all farther apart in Utah.

If I am the PAC remnants, I am looking at the following factors. 1. Recent success in marquee sports. I am not sure what programs might wildly trump the recent success of Utah State University in FB and BB. Ours is certainly pretty respectable. 2. Population Growth of supporting area. Nowhere in th...
