Re: Mantua

anyone ever been through Jordan Valley, OR? on US 95 southwest of Boise.... when I was a kid, living in the SF bay area, we would take that route to Boise from Winnemucca. Dad got a ticket at least twice (2-in-a-row is the sure memory) coming down the hill into town for not slowing to the city limit...

Re: Rodgers trade rumors

Just heard that the 49ers have approached the Pack on draft day asking about a trade for Rodgers. I heard that as well. Also heard that the Pack shut the convo down right away. My friend who's a big fan of the Packers sent me the following last night when I asked him about it... "Rodgers is an prim...

Is it a different cop than from the 00's? Cause that guy had no problem pulling every car over who even thought about speeding. He thankfully retired. it was bad in the early 90's when I was a student as well. I was in Logan in Feb this year for my son's wedding - made 2 separate trips to SLC to pi...

Who is the dark haired player behind Bairstow? Face looks like Shulga? I was thinking the layup guy was Zapala and the other on the right was Bean. Probably 0-3 on my guesses. Looks to me like Ashworth, Bairstow, Shulga, and Bean. I originally thought mystery layup guy was Zapala, but it could be B...

I had seen this tweet as well - more interesting to me is that the girls are adopted. Either way, this is awesome to see a guy take in children to his family and respon...

I have to think Hartwell knew about it. Probably gave permission for it, which I understand is customary. However, it's not often you hear of specific coaches interviewing for a job. Normally, it's just a list of reported or expected candidates. Leaking the name of a coach who is interviewing is un...

Northern Iowa out of "Arch Madness"

after beating Illinois State last night in the opening round of the MVC tournament, UNI's quarterfinal against Drake was cancelled - due to COVID-related issues within the UNI program.

Drake advances to the semi's - UNI goes home, ending the season at 10-15; 7-11 in conference.
