The text and font choices are pretty terrible. If they fixed those it wouldn't be as bad.

Re: New Commit (Szymon Zapala)

for a guy that has only been playing for ball for 3 years he looks really good. We don't get too many 4 star recruits. We actually have only had two 4-star recruits. I thought we've had a few over the years MacEwen, Jalen Moore, and Jordan Stone come to mind. Not to mention McChesney. :headscratch:...

Re: What Jordan Love should teach recruits

The top 3 picks all played at Ohio State. Jordan Love was the ONLY G5 player taken in the first round. That’s the lesson for recruits in this draft. I think in the first three rounds lsu had 10 draftees and Alabama had 9. It is really quite amazing the amount of talent that comes out the top 5 prog...

I think Mariner is pretty underrated. Every team this year gameplaned for him and he still had a really strong year. He has similar speed to a Devante Adams. Not saying he will make at the next level but i think he was a great player in his year here.

I think this will continue to be a weakness at USU. I don't think we did enough in the offseason to really address just how weak we were last year. I know we had some guys that we are hoping will improve but if they couldn't make it on the field last year considering how weak we were at the position...

I doubt it. #2. Short arms? Based on what? #3. Unreliable finishing in traffic? Based on what? #4. Doesn't...

Jaycee was better statistically and his 3% was incredible, but Merrill has a killer instinct that I don't think even Carroll had.
Jaycee could never go one on one like that for a game-winner.

That if we had 2-3 more consistent 3 point shooters - not just Sam - that we are a legitimate top 10 team.
With one other consistent shooter, we are top 25 and in the tournament.

Yup, disappointing how it worked out. RB fumbled the ball away on one of his possessions. One of the first comments was about JL's decision on one of his early plays, the RPO. That seems to be a the question W/JL. His decision making. They had a discussion late in the game where one guy said JL had...

Whatever your options are about marijuana the fact remains that it is illegal in Utah. Spare me the argument that it doesn’t matter because it’s legal in other states. Yes, they are college kids, but that also doesn’t excuse this. I expect kids in our program to have better judgement. Especially le...

It'll be interesting to see how he does. I never did really see him as a guy that would flourish in being the face of a program and out in front of everyone all the time. Seemed a bit reserved and more like a mad scientist defensive schemer, kind of like Yost but on the other side of the ball. Good...

He needs a good coach that can fix his footwork. If he can get that down he can be successful in the NFL. I think he needs to go to a team that will put him on the bench behind a veteran for a year or two.

Certainly Alabama and probably Georgia would have been a lot better choice than Oklahoma. Either - especially Alabama- would be competitive with LSU, Clemson and Ohio State.

I really liked what I saw from Bairstow in this game. I know he shot poorly but he was really aggressive at taking it in the lane and trying to finish around the rim. He had pretty decent control in the lane for a true freshman. He needs to work on his finishing but there is a lot of potential there.

With a defender like Matisse Thybulle like most NCAA Tournament teams are going to have.

This could actually help teams like USU. Let's say you are a 3* recruit. Are you really going to make any money from sponsors on an LSU team? If you are the top recruit/player for a midmajor like USU you will at least get local sponsorship. You will have local companies wanting their product/compan...
