Re: U of U Furloughs Entire Athletic Department

When they say Whittingham is "among the highest paid state employess" at $3.7M in 2018, does that mean there are state employees making more than that? Who are they? I mean, being at the very top is also among the highest paid. Whittingham made 4.5M in 2019. KrytkokiwkkK was #2 at 3.7M, then the lo...

Re: Depth chart predictions

I like the idea of Andersen playing the 3 and dragging a wing player into the post. He is much stronger than most threes in the league and has good enough post moves to either demand a double-team or a match-up problem for his defender. He is a versatile player that I expect to be a central figure ...

Re: Depth chart predictions

This team has the potential to be very deep. It will be interesting to see who emerges and if multiple guys emerge does Smith go with a deep rotation? The last couple years it seems with the exception of mop up duty his rotation only went about 8 deep. Will there be a guy that demands 35+ minutes l...

Here is an interesting web site..I am not sure how accurate it is but it gives us something to talk about https://www.barttorvik.com/rosters21.php?t=Utah+St. I would hope USU gets more than 3 ppg out of Anthony. If not, they are in trouble. When I clicked on it, it was blank. I had to change school...

Some people are natural competitors. I'm not sure Stew would even be a good fit for coaching a little league team, haha. Too much drive (NEED) to win.

Bairstow's freshman season wasn't too much to look at. He had flashes of excellent play, and then stretches of freshman mistakes. But that jump from freshman to sophomore season is a big one, and I think he'll come in swinging. Part of the problem last year was that he didn't get substantial minute...

For just 2021? Does this have something to do with 2020 tourney getting canceled? Just for 2021. The reason was simple: they didn't trust the committee to accurately compare different school/conference resumes in deciding who gets in and who doesn't. Some schools might have pre-season and larger sc...

I like the idea of two student sections behind the baskets on opposite sides of the court. They can certainly feed off each other. On one sideline you have the press row and the team benches, on the other side the high-priced courtside seats. Luxury suites can be placed along the top of both sides....
