Re: Michigan WR enter the transfer portal

Regarding the Michigan WR, he’d definitely fill a need. I like his size. I think he could have a similar impact as Greene and Mariner.

Re: Michigan WR enter the transfer portal

Texas Tech starting QB Jett Duffey has entered the transfer portal. Not that I think it would happen, but it’d be funny if last week’s rumor was Love heading to TT and in the end their QB comes to USU.

Re: Favorite Spectrum Moments/Traditions

As a freshman at USU in 1991-92, I experienced the Spectrum for the first time and grew to love attending the games. The funnest game that season was the night that rival UNLV came to town. It was two years after the water bomb and only a year after UNLV's Final Four buzzer beater loss to Duke. The ...

Lavalle to transfer

There’s got to be a good reason why the staff was trying to convert him to D-line. Gary and Ena are both very seasoned and smart defensive guys. They would have left him at LB if they thought that gave the Aggies the best chance to succeed. Makes you wonder what the reason was. Was he too slow for L...

Brito is a good wing or off guard defender. Could see him guard Toolson or Barcelo. Maybe even put him on Haws to slow him down.

Have you seen Memphis' floor this year? What the hell or some people thinking when they approve these. I get teams want to stand out, but not by being the worst looking ever. https://i.postimg.cc/NLg1QJZ9/Getty-Images-1177985109-e1571985896555-1024x683.jpg Yeah that’s really bad! Must be Penny’s id...

It’s very difficult to watch games on the Oregon ducks court as well. Just way too busy. Sorry I don’t have a picture

Yes I can definitely see some of each of those three Aggie legends within Bean’s game. He’s not to the level of any of those three yet but I think he’ll be worthy of the comparison before he’s through.

Meh, all this doesn't matter. They won't be in with a win anyways. Well it would defiantly open the door for us to swoop in a take some recruits. That is actually how he got Darell Garretson, who was committed to San Jose State until Mike Macintyre left. Re: #9 in Rebounds per Game

Bean’s mid range game and finishing at the rim has vastly improved. It’s quite remarkable to watch some of the buckets he was making in the San Jose game as compared to last year. He’s confident, relaxed, and looks like a highly skilled player. Quinn Taylor improved his outside shooting to the point...

We are going to be very good again next year. Bean, Anthony, Anderson, Kuba, Miller, Bairstow, McChesney, Ashworth and Dorius is a good base from which to work. Yeah I don’t disagree and also think we have great potential for a special season next year as well but losing Sam, Queta, and even Brito ...

Big12 and Pac12 are short bowl eligible teams. Even if we make the Cheese-It or Armed Forces I think we may play a G5 anyway.

Thanks for posting 22. Initial thoughts after watching the linked highlights.
Ashworth- small but fearless, fast, vision, and bomber
Nigel- dunk city, spin move, raw power
Rollie- heady leader, strong with ball, deep range

Sanford is a Boise guy (played and coached there). Played under Hawkins and was OC for Harsin for a year. You’d think he’d be all about running a Boise-like offense. I do think we’ll see some changes next year. Gary isn’t an offensive guy but it’s clear he hates our current scheme. I actually would ...

Especially since most of our skilled guys are undersized dudes with speed. The coaches talk about trying to get them in open space so they can make plays but there never seems to be open space. Well that’s because the defense always knows what we are going to do and shuts it down before it can even ...

We are #16 in ESPN’s Power Rankings and #22 in Andy Katz’s Power Rankings. Slowly making believers out of the ”experts”. A win at St May’s would help. Katz has St Mary’s at #35 and SDSU at #33. Most seem to think us and VCU are the top mid-majors excluding Gonzaga.

Took it a little too lax in the classroom last spring thinking he'd be in the NBA right now. Needed the fall semester to prove he belongs. Look for PT to ramp up as soon as the semester is over. Is there any team that can compete with our bigs when Queta comes back?

We haven’t really played any teams yet with multiple good true bigs have we? I was more worried about matching up with the athletic spread type teams like LSU, which we eventually figured out. I think we match up decently with St Mary’s though winning on the road won’t be easy. I worry more about Fl...
