Maybe they’ll let put a cutout of you at a urinal to keep some space, while still making it feel full.BigBlueDart wrote: ↑October 10th, 2020, 8:39 amDo you think that if I provided a cardboard cutout if myself (fully suited up, of course) that they would put it in my regular seats for me each game?

Re: Ranking and bracket tracker
I really think we end up with a 9 or 10. We have finished our conference tournament, while all but one other team between 30 and 40 haven’t. Most of them will lose in their conference tournaments, especially since 5 are in the Big 10. So we sit at 10 to 11 now, but by the process of elimination, I ...

That was the first thing that stood out to me in that write up as well. In the writer’s defense, there were 4.1 seconds left when he released the shotBigBlueDart wrote: ↑March 10th, 2020, 2:50 pmAlso, it was 2 and half seconds left after his shot, not over 4!

I agree with your list, except for Penn State. They have struggled lately. Give me the team that lost to Northwestern the same day we were beating SDSU.trevordude wrote: ↑March 10th, 2020, 8:36 amTeams I want to play: Houston, USC, Illinois, Oklahoma, Rutgers

Re: (SDSU/USU) whoever gets furthest in the NCAA tournament is the best team in the MWC
SDSU had a great season, and definitely deserves a 2 seed. Gonzaga and Kansas are locks at 1 seeds. Dayton, Duke, Baylor, Kentucky, and Florida State can all play their way into a number 1 seed if they win their tournaments. Winning when it’s all on the line matters to the selection committee.

Re: Unsung heroes of SDSU game: Bean and Anderson defense on Mitchell
They held him to 25% of his season average on points, and his lowest scoring output of the year. There were a couple of absolute gems by Anderson covering him 1-on-1 in isolation. 25% of his season average, but 17% of his season average against us. He averaged about 23 points against us in the regu...

Re: Foul, three shots for the shooter
As far as the OP, yes, it was for not giving the shooter space to land. As far as bad calls, there was one in the first half where a SDSU player was saving the ball from going out of bounds under our basket. His toes were just inside the line, but it looked like he bounced the ball before tossing to...

I’m calling it now. Aggies are going to come in with a vengeance and UNM will come in with swagger, but won’t be mentally prepared for the Aggies’ intensity. We’re gonna win this one. If not, then we should be glad for the NIT. I completely agree. We will be looking for revenge, similar to our seco...

My first was also about their gyms. Arena size can be an indicator of community and institutional support for the program. Granted, that’s not always the case, but it can be an indicator. byu is the only team in the WCC with an arena that sits more than 7,000. The MWC has only 2 teams with arenas sm...

This was discussed last week, and when the source is a post on a forum saying the coach is on the hot seat, it isn't really a source. More like fans complaining. The team lost two of their best scorers at the start of the year and Pitino signed a 2-year extension at the end of last season. Until I ...

Of course, by 14 assists you mean 14 rebounds... This was the first time that I ever remember seeing two Aggie basketball players grab 14+ rebounds in the same game. Bean ended up with 14 and Neemy 15. I don’t remember it happening, but my first thought was that Tai must have done that with either ...

Our lineup was limited because we were missing Koby McEwan.NavyBlueAggie wrote: ↑February 11th, 2020, 6:55 amDetails about the "limited lineup" please? Our 2 elite players and 1 very good player make us tough to beat. Interesting that you single out one player as not being on the same level as the other two. I assume you mean Bean -- though the advanced stats (both NetRtg and WS/40) suggest he has actually contributed more to wins than Merrill and...

Re: Can we win with only three productive players?
Our 2 elite players and 1 very good player make us tough to beat. If the other rotation guys play to their (poor) average, we will beat most teams, as evidenced by our 19-7 record. And if one or two of other guys play out of their minds, like Anderson and Brito against LSU, then we can beat almost a...

Most teams lay an egg or 2 during the season, it was just unusual for us to have laid them so close together at UNLV and at AFA. The Boise game would have actually gone down as a good win so that won't be considered a rotten egg held against us at the end of the season by any outside observer that ...
