Re: Arkansas State starters > Utah rejects

I’m a big fan of Nick Heninger as well! Anyone heard if he is sticking around? I can't imagine he is, as it appears he was the ring leader (for good or bad, I'm not making a judgement here) in the Maile/Cockett fiasco. I would think he doesn't want to stay, but who knows. I hope he does. He's a goo...

Good, glad we could get this over with quickly. Regardless of the outcome it’s the only part of the 2020 season that remains. Time to rip the bandaid off and move on

Re: Arkansas State starters > Utah rejects

I’ll be honest, other than Jason Shelly I’ve been very happy with all the Utah transfers. I wouldn’t mind landing Pita Tonga either. He’d fill a huge gap on the D-line. I guess my opinion is that two things can be true at once. The people that Coach A are bringing in are awesome and having a 80% suc...

Re: I Ran Some Data On Last Year's Pass Offense

I had some time during my school break so I decided to run some data to see the effect our offensive line had on our passing offense. More specifically, what effect did adding a second of protection have on our offense. Here's what I found. For every extra second of protection our O-line gave our q...

Very interesting! Love the numbers based take. Curious how you measured the time of protection, did you do it manually or have a program do it for you?
Manually with a stop watch. So of course there might be some manual error with the data entry, but I think the numbers still say something.

Re: Uniform Question

When it comes to uniforms you have two types of teams: 1. The teams who have found “their look.” They are going to be wearing the same uniform forever, with maybe one alternative uniform. I.e. USC, Alabama, Michigan, Notre Dame, Auburn, Texas, and Penn State. 2. The teams who are changing what their...

I'm not going to blame the players for their decision. In fact as more time passes along the more I'm appreciative of their decision. I understand a lot of people on this board are butthurt that they didn't play the final game, and as disappointing as it was in the moment, it was the right call. If...

If the players are wrong, they should either go away or sincerely apologize. Instigaters should bear responsibility for the ugly scar.

Seeing that this is the best post season in the history of the NCAA with the ability to pick up transfers, who do you all think the new coaching staff should look at getting that has a decent shot of coming here. The fact that SJSU is 6-0 and only ranked 24 is criminal.
