Re: 2021 USU Football Preseason Preview: Wide Receiver

I love the depth chart of the group, looks like 16 are in Logan or on their way. That makes for great continuity and potential for group competition, and excellence. Let's hope the skilled coaches can excel with this group of guys. (including the RB/TE guys).

Re: Updated Roster

I've shared this before in other threads, but with where the conversation is I figured I'd post my updated visual 3-deep depth-chart I have that's a best guess based off watching spring practice and reports/depth charts aggies22 has given. (Again, I feel like we have to bring in a few more guys for...

Re: Holy Utah Jazz

Where would you guys rank Donovan as players in the nba? Top 15? Top 10? Top 20? Overall? Probably top 10 - and still improving. This is a tough question, because not everyone is at the same point in their respective careers, and it is hard to know what the metric is. Are we talking about who we wo...

Re: Roster predictions

WIth Thiellsen and Jones finalizing the roster I actually am super happy with how it worked out. We brought in some 3-4 year veteran guys in Rock and Horvath to steady the ship and give us the scoring we will absolutely need. We also brought in Jones who can be an impact guy immediately and still h...

Re: The hopefully definitive 2021 transfer portal thread

IMHO, I think you try to recruit over some of the Forwards left in the program with a Juco C, or international player .. and may not happen this off-season. Also, the team needs an aggressive attacking wing/combo guard. 6'4-6'8 range who can defend and drive with the ball. Any extra added player at ...

Coach Peterson talking USU

I love Logan. For the right price, I'd leave and never go back. Yes "loving Logan" has nothing to do with whether a coach will leave. I would venture if you polled all the people that post on this board, the vast majority love Logan, but also left Logan. That would be an interesting poll. Even to j...

Now that all of us old farts are chiming in, I honestly feel like Shaler Halimon, talent for talent, may be, next to Wayne Estes, the second greatest player to ever play at USU. It would be pretty cool to see, Spencer n., Nate H. and Tai Wesley working with the bigs in Logan to get them doing footwork, defense and physical play down low to dominate the paint with the size on the roster. Imagine Dorius developing into a skilled post playing like Tai or Nate.

I just heard from a pretty good source that no decision has been made on Miller yet as far as returning. His back still has some major problems that may prevent him from playing again. I agree with a1, the fans need more excitement during this transition. The more the better.

I could see them possibly worrying about perception of whifs on impact players. IMHO the more we as fans are included, I think more donations and excitement build.

I'm glad he put out the statement (nice touch with the blue background). I felt like Craig could have been our Mark Few, building an Aggie dynasty. I do think he's given us another building block towards that. He's given us one, and most likely two players to watch in the NBA (maybe 3 with Bean?). ...
