Re: UNLV

Thank you 22. It appears UNLV wasn't secure with Rodgers or Oblad, and Oblad is listed as a Sophomore. Could be some roster movement in Vegas this season if the TCU transfer Brown ( what eligibility does he have remaining please?) makes the grade in the desert.

Re: UNLV

Kenyon Oblad, a 6'3" Sophomore from Henderson NV looked promising last season, and he may well be more durable than Armani Rodgers who seemed to sustain any number of injuries. If UNLV has recruited over Rodgers, they may well have reached beyond Oblad at the same time. Stay tuned folks.

Good insight S17vk, and a fair question. I have no idea if Nike is paying any, part or all of the bill. Beyond that, those helmets look like they have a high maintenance finish.

Re: Potential New Helmets

The cost of a good college football helmet ranges from $140-$350. Jerseys run from $80 to $100, and pants can be purchased from $40 to $60. All this times 85 or 105 players or any number in between, plus the need for back up jerseys, pants and the assorted damaged helmet and we have a budgetary cree...

Re: 2020 Utah State Football Preseason Preview: Quarterback

Appeared to me that Peasley has good speed and doesn't hesitate to pull the ball down and run with it,,,that's the good news. The bad news is that running Q B's tend to be injured or prone to injury a good deal. I wonder about his durability, even with his seemingly robust knee rehab. Nice to have a...

Move the first 4 games to the end of the schedule. Push practice back 4 weeks also. Then reevaluate the situation. We are institutionally unique in our standing and history, having absolutely squandered the football momentum from the 1960's and mid 70's. I should add that the 1961 game came about because Denver gave up FB and USU and WSU had games scheduled with Denver in 1961.
