I was hoping we would find the elusive "Air Craft Carrier" we have been searching for for the last 20 or so years! There has to be one in The Portal. :cool2:
That would be Great.

Part of me gets the idea that it would be nice to make .5-1mil for playing college sports when your prospect for playing any sort of professional ball is not in the cards. But for guys like Great that could go to the NBA or overseas and make millions on a career, why not stay at an amazing universit...

I think the only players we lose are javon, sakho, and maybe osobor. Why would Javon leave? His choice or coaches choice? I would like to see him and the other two you listed stay as well, of course. To get a scholarship? My guess is that Calhoun would keep him on as a walk on but if he would rathe...

Re: Interesting Blue A Collective Article

Contracts are going to be needed. If the NIL money being given to an athlete is tied to a years, games played, etc. If they are being treated as a professional athlete then they shouldn't be able to hit free agency every year unless they are signing 1 year agreements. All of that requires congressi...

IMO if we are going to be paying these "students" over 100k per year to play, then the University should use that scholarship for someone that needs it more.

Honestly, there is part of me that is happy that Sprinkle left because I was worried that USU was going to overpay him based on one lucky season.
