Why does ESPN show the Aggies at 1-0?

I was interested in seeing how the MWC did in the first week of the basketball season (answer: pretty well) by looking at the standings in the ESPN app. I found that it shows USU having a record of 1-0. It also has less than the complete records of other teams (e.g., SDSU, AFA). The complete schedul...

Aren’t they D1? If so, then I wouldn’t feel bad. If they’re NAIA then that is chicken. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk They are D1. It’s the largest ever margin of victory over a D1 team, according to ESPN. That’s right. It was an all-time NCAA record. MVSU must be horrible. Utah took 90 shots a...

San Jose state just beat Hofstra on the road. I don’t know much about Hofstra, but they did go to the NIT last year. Glad to see SJSU win a game. That has to help our conference. I was happy to see that. If SJSU could be at #140 in the OOC rather than #325, it would be a big boost for the conference.

Anderson was very clutch tonight, he is going to be a vital piece. Especially because he had to deal with one fan in the student section letting out a scream about 1/2 second before each of Anderson’s eight consecutive free throws down the stretch. Did anyone else notice that? And then someone turn...

Biggest home loss since 2010

The 28-point loss last night was the biggest home loss since Hawaii beat USU 45-7 on October 23, 2010. That was the seventh 28+ point loss at home in the seven-year period of 2004-2010. The worst home loss was Hawaii (63-10) in 2006, but Boise State also won by 52 In 2007 and Utah by 48 in 2006 in h...

Re: How have we still not implemented some QB under center plays?!!!!

It’s because they are running Yost’s offense this year and Yost didn’t run plays under center. Maybe you should ask Yost why all plays are run from the shotgun. The current coaching staff’s hands are tied until they implement Sanford’s scheme in a year or two.

UNLV-Colorado State

I haven’t been watching the game, but CSU is up big (24-0) over UNLV at halftime.

The interesting thing is that UNLV has 40 more yards than CSU and have run 42 plays to 29 for the Rams.

This kind of situation can often be explained by turnovers, but neither team has turned the ball over.

He knows that this team has the potential (without making structural changes) to pull off a perfectly efficient three-and-out before the season ends. That would be one in which only 0:18 of game time and 1:20 of actual time elapse before punting. It can be done with some discipline and running to th...

6 rebounds in 5 mins
3 offensive
3/5=.6
6/5=1.2

Our offensive line is just bad. They're inexperienced and extremely thin. We haven't been able to push the dl down the field all year. They can't establish control of the los.
