What if the football field is facing a different direction?
I was under the impression that essentially every football field in America runs north-south.

Matt Wells probably owes his job to Armani Rogers getting injured. UNLV was kicking our butts until he went down a few years ago. Maybe. I don't recall it being that pivotal of a moment for that team or the program, or even that game. The UNLV secondary was TRASH, as I recall, and Armani wouldn't h...

Is Peasley going to be ready to go, 22? You and I have chatted about a couple other guys that are coming back from knee injuries and how that might impact their camp performance. I wonder if Peasley might not be all the way back (lest we forget the fall of Chuckie), and Legas/Calvin might jump up th...

Thompkins looks to be the most dynamic player we've had since Jojo, and given how much more stable we are offensively than in that last Jojo year, he could be the most exciting player we've had since maybe Chuckie.

Think you gotta go with North and South divisions here: North: Utah, USU, BYU, Boise, AFA, and WYO South: Zona, ASU, UNLV, UNM, CSU, and CU No perfect way to split them up, but I would assume that BYU-Utah-USU would be in the same division, and then BYU/USU would certainly want Boise in there with t...

Move the first 4 games to the end of the schedule. Push practice back 4 weeks also. Then reevaluate the situation. Now you've got home games in Logan (which are traditionally largely attended bringing in much needed revenue) being played in late December and January in the peak of flu season and no...

Let's just get these East/West comparisons out of the way now:

Utah = Tennessee
Nevada = New Jersey
California = An unholy marriage of New York and Florida
Washington = Maine
Oregon = Connecticut
Wyoming = West Virginia (this should be obvious)
Colorado = North Carolina

If you know, you know.

The revolt will be like the one back in the 1980's called Proposition 13. A guy named Howard Jarvis mobilized citizens of the state and taxes and state spending were seriously curtailed. I have no idea what to expect, but I don’t have a good feeling about this season. The Wazzu game should tell us a lot, IMO. This seems to be a constant comment, either for football or basketball, about how our next game will tell us a lot of how the rest of the season will progress. The Wazzu game ...

We have caught Wazzu and Washington at as good a time as any. Really hoping we can split both Wazzu-UDub, and BYU-Boise. If we can go 2-2 in those four games, I think 8-4 is a real possibility. @WYO is going to be tough, as will be vsAFA.

Probably. In response to Idaho legislating against men competing as women, California banned state-sponsored travel to Idaho. If the California schools won't travel to Boise, how does that work for scheduling?

Given that: 1) It is June, and 2) I am a degenerate I am already knee deep in college football preview magazines.
