Re: Can we keep Blake?

3 points…. 1. If Aranda leaves Baylor for LSU, look for BA to be the front runner. He was runner up twice when they hired Rhule and Aranda. Also TCU could be in the mix as well 2. BA is a TX boy and that’s where he wants to be. In addition there are a lot of P5 coaches on this staff and they want to...

ALL NCAA Division 1 sports are in a dead period and have been in a dead period since March and will continue to be in a dead period until at least April 15. This is due to covid and is for all sports at the division 1 level. During a dead period coaches can call, zoom, FaceTime, text and email. The ...

Re: USU bus at CES

Holiday Motor Coach has hubs in Idaho, SLC & Las Vegas. The owner is a big Aggie fan and does all of USU’s athletic bus trips in the state and to surrounding areas and will also dead head buses to a lot of road trips. They have red, white, navy and grey buses in their fleet and try to use the red on...

Re: Contract?

Is it concerning that a contract has not been signed? I would l think a contract would be the first thing that is done after a verbal agreement is complete. Maybe it is just the pessimism in me, but I stress too much. I'm no expert but I think there is zero possibility that they hold a press confer...

FootballScoop is very well respected and usually doesn’t publish just any rumor. Hell list names of potential candidates and who he’s hearing but for a full blown story like this he usually has solid inside info. HOWEVER....this year something is slightly amiss. He has “broke” stories on Kingsbury g...

There is no revenue sharing with Boise’s bowl money. When they flirted with the Big East the MWC wanted them back so bad they negotiated that Boise got to keep all their bowl payouts.

So GO KNIGHTS! If not...GO DAWGS

I stand Corrected...only a conference champion from the group of 5 goes. Reading comprehension is still in a foggy turkey coma.

We need to win 2 and they need to lose and we go!

Re: Love Injured?

Speaking of Wells, did any of you see the expression on his face when Hawaii called their final time out with about three minutes left in the game as USU was trying to run out the clock with the 39-point lead? He had is hands raised looking at the Hawaii side line saying “you serious Clark?” Sent f...

Re: Hobbs putting in work

Hobbs is probably the better athlete and QB....his problem isn't his skills...it's the 6" between his ears. The main reason he hasn't played more is he can't figure out the playbook. That's a daily practice things most fans don't see but it just doesn't click for whatever reason. Not saying he's dum...

Re: Possible new OC...

Why do you guys keep thinking that the AD is going to write up a contract for an OC that makes him HCIW? Unless your HC is near retirement, you don't do that! ANY HC would have an instant breach of contract lawsuit against the school and the AD for "hiring" someone while they already had a HC. Anyon...

Sometimes inside information isn't pretty. But if you want to believe that all is good in Logan and that the lack of discipline on the field is in no way connected to lack of discipline off the field then go ahead. I'll step back into the shadows and let you guys keep regurgitating the same crap and...

I am a little taken aback by the reaction to the OP. I didn't state the guy's past in an effort to collect everyone's personal judgement of him. I only put it out there so everyone would be aware of how we ended up with a former Texas Tech player. Without getting too close to sandbox material, I fin...

Sorry....2nd chances are great within the right program. But right now we're not the right program to be giving 2nd chances. Programs with great leaders - coaches and players - can give guys like this 2nd chances because there are people in place to hammer the kid if he starts doing dumb things agai...

Re: We lose to CSU so people don't come to Romney?

Announced includes all purchased tickets. No way there were more than 15k there today. Simply pathetic on a day like today. We want stadium improvements and expansion but with crowds like today the AD should say show up for a full season and we'll think about it.

Can't fly back tonight due to noise regulations at the San Diego airport (no flights out after 10:00 pm) but the charter is coming back but not all will be on it. Some will come back and others will fly home for the rest of break.

When we were at Auburn, although it was few and far between, their band played something after each first down.
