Re: No offer has been made yet?
I'm being told that Tunka is the pick and if you say "well he's dead" let me just add that on Tuesday at the announcement there will be a grave exhuming. I was told by my sister that Tunka Tollison was at the Thomas & Mack center for both of our tournament games. He was sitting near Jerry Bovee, no...

cloogers seem to be in denial about Pope wanting the Udub job. Why would he want to coach for his alma mater, get a pay raise, live in Seattle, access Big 10 resources, etc., when he could coach in Provo? End sarcasm. It actually makes a lot of sense for him to leave. He's been there for several ye...

Dang, :x I was planning on a Wyoming win. I bought tickets in the Fresno State section. There probably won’t be many Fresno fans there anyway. Go Aggies!! Unless a bunch of Fresno fans bought tickets for tomorrow after their win today, there won’t be hardly any. It’ll feel like home court advantage...

Crazy swing in the second half from being down 11. And that #20 kid, Ford, for the Cats was everywhere. Announcer described him as ‘tougher than a pine knot.’

Re: “Take It” Mentality
A 2-15 mw team shouldn't be a trap game. They should be a comfortable win for the top team in the league. It would be a big worry to lose this game, but I don't see that happening This! Fans are SO paranoid. What does this say about our actual team? I have full confidence we win by at least 15. IDK...

Have we really played anyone yet? Or will MW play be a HUGE wake up call? Are we better than BSU, CSU, UNM, SDSU, and UNR? I think we will compete with all of these teams, but I don’t think there is a clear favorite in the MW this year. CSU and SDSU have the best player’s in the conference in Ledee...

Time heals I guess. My memory is you guys are giving Kohn way too much credit. He was a poor coach, poor recruiter and poor communicator. Sitting at the end of Knight’s bench keeping stats didn’t help him much. He may not have had much of a recruiting budget, but that was no excuse for how bad we w...

Should we be a top 25 team right now? We keep finding ways to win games, even if it is ugly, but I watch highlights of other top 25 teams and I feel like we don’t belong. Are we actually better than BSU, NM, SDSU, CSU, and UNR? I feel like we are the underdogs of this conference. Maybe paranoia com...

Wouldn’t it be funny if our first win over boyze in a decade comes because their players refuse to play in protest of a questionable comment Boise’s president makes about the interim head coach and we win by forfeit? As a random, non-specific example. https://youtu.be/mdDDfeMVJa0?si=wqi9q433SGtiaLMZ

Re: I wonder what BOOOISE will do if
The purist in me prefers grass. The realist in me, especially here in the NW, wants turf. College and up can probably get by with grass, but here with all the rain, it almost has to be turf. One weekend of soccer or football is more than most grass fields can handle. (We are now a baseball family, ...

AF is always tough but not sure what to expect as Sam Houston is awful on offense. AFA's offense doesn't seem to be as potent as years past. Our offense will need to sustain drives. How disciplined can the defense be? Not sure how much experience Cauthen has at scheming for the triple option. One t...

ISU is just one spot behind Eastern WA in the Big Sky and the Eagles are giving Fresno all they can handle. I love the transitive property of college football.

Re: MWC Expansiom: NMSU and UTEP
If the Pac gets down to 4 schools they will raid the living daylights out of the MW. That will kill the MW and those of us left behind could be looking to CUSA. I am not seeing any upside in the Pac losing a bunch of schools. I don't think any Pac school would want to move to a G5 conference..They ...

Re: Arizona to the Big XII
Looks like the Big10 could be adding Florida State and Clemson. Washington and Oregon more likely to join Arizona and Colorado. We’d then have a Pac6 of Utah, Arizona State, Cal, Stanford, Oregon State, and Washington State. There is a path for 2025 for them by adding SDSU, UNLV, Colorado St, Boise...

I can hear it now. As soon as second down leaves the offense in a 3rd and long situation the entire crowd simply starts chanting, “up the gut! Up the gut! Up the gut!” The cheer doesn’t have to be fancy. Just like the play call won’t be for 3rd and 8…..

Air Force is the only team that I would say looked good so far in any game this season. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I feel like the asstechs often start their seasons looking like the’ll suck then come on strong in conference play. I’ll never cheer for them no matter what team they’re playing.
