Re: Air Force
Man, the Air Force basketball fan must be pumped! Of course I am! And on the NM and MW forum they are all over the "poor officiating. And the fouls? AF had half our points (38) in the paint so we were going to the glass with no fouls being called. Not bad for a struggling young team with no seniors...

Re: AF start time
AF fan here. Will be an interesting matchup and an uphill battle for my Falcons. Will be interesting to see how you use your height as you sometime start small. Osobor will be a load for us to contend with either way. Our defense inside will be a key. Reference time, heard USU requested earlier time...

Re: UNM just pulled within 20 of AFA
AFA has some talented freshmen and sophomores in that team. They are set up pretty well for a couple years. They just need a talented big in the middle. They just need to find a talented post player who can’t be taller than 6’ 8 or weigh more than 227 lbs. This will be in an interesting game this w...

AF fan here. Here's to a good game with no injuries. Calhoun did not say that. The team IS NOT looking past USU. Navy lost week one bad but had 337 rushing yards. AF held them at their home to 68 total yards. Nada on the rush after game one and Navy of course is not a passing team. AF has 5 new star...

Re: Air Force game 1 predictions
Just for a fun reference (if anything about last year's loss can be fun), my son and daughter-in-law attended the game in Clune last year. At a point in the disaster that was the second half, Brito threw up a brick that hit nothing but backboard. The cadets started chanting Air Ball. My son, being ...

Here’s to a good game with no injuries. No fans will be allowed and cadets are gone for Christmas. Always a small fan base in recent years but passionate. I still remember years gone by when it was filled to capacity (4 years in a row equaled two NCAA invites and 2 NIT invites 2004-2007 playing in N...

AF will surprise many with this young team and new coach. They'll make you defend them for 28seconds each possession and then hound you with matchup zone on defense.

Tough game for both team last night and tough play on both sides of the ball. Refs were definitely questionable for both teams at times and I agree with most here you were robbed of a TD which could have been a game changer. Re: Quiet Here: Air Force vs Utah State
If AF wins our last two games (hm vs USU, @ FSU) we will be at 8-10.....depending on what Fresno State/NM/UNLV do we could end up anywhere from the 6th seed (and 1st round bye) to the 9th seed. But for us to have a chance to move up we have to first win our last two games. Currently #24 San Diego St...

From an AF fan...here's to a good game with no injuries. Thoughts on the game.... Sad to say there even has to be a thread on this......IMHO just treat any team entering your stadium and playing the game like you want to be treated when on the road...with respect from the fans and then letting the players play the game on the field. Flybys would be cool but until last week we have not had any flybys for a year due to 'sequestration'. We did get the approval for F-22's flyby before the Navy game last week and will get C-130 vs NM...nothing else for the remainder of the year at this time!

You have already heard my thoughts on the game. It's an uphill battle for a Falcon team that are 'dogs' on all the bookies sheets, 'dogs' in the stats, 'dogs' on all the non-Air Force sports forums and they are not expected by 'anyone' to be in this game. Well, maybe that is true and we are facing a...
