Re: Aubin
I think Aubin's taking way too much flack on this board. Dude's been solid for us. We got ourselves a starting PF/C in the portal that's averaging 7 points, 5 boards, and 1 block per game (in 19 minutes per game) while shooting 75% from the field and playing pretty solid defense. Is he perfect? No....

Re: Aubin
Why do people keep saying Templin is 6'6"? He's 6'9" and has long arms, and has proven to be good enough to start in the MW, but coach prefers he finish the halves over starting.

This will be what we finish the final 13 games of the regular season. The luck has run out and yes I mean luck. Just ask Mason Falslev, you’re telling me he shoots 70+% from the foul line early in the season and has only made 4 of his last 28 attempts at the line!!! Someone tell him to shoot left h...

Re: Calhoun talking about NIL and player poaching
byu has been contacting Mason. I'm curious if when the contact began coincides with his free throw trouble. @aggies22 has this been confirmed publicly, or do you have inside sources? Had it been confirmed publicly byu would be in line for a serious slap on the hand by the NCAA. If he publicly confi...

Re: Some Boise fans are complaining that we weren't called
They lose me with the complaining about the officials. It's a lame way to try to explain away giving up a 13 point lead, trying to explain how they shot an otherworldly percentage from 3 and still lose. Frustrating, but play better defense and it wouldn't have to come down to a judgement call. Can'...

Re: Boise media
For those that were there How did the noise level in this game compare to some of the loudest games of the past ( Nevada, Utah, Boise to win the 19th straight, etc.)? Coming through the TV, it didn't seem as loud as this games. Wasn’t around for those games, but I can’t imagine it getting much loud...

Re: Some Boise fans are complaining that we weren't called
Boise fans are only counting the arm swings of the ref but don’t realize that the ref’s first swing is to start the 5 seconds. That’s what they do it immediately after handing the ball over. So in reality it takes 6 swings to reach a 5 second call.

Re: 27 points
They were great. I think Calhoun has figured out the right way to rotate them and even play them together at times. Both have settled into their role and are playing to their strengths. I’d like to see us use our guard depth to press more as well as pressure the ball more in the zone.

Re: The stretch of shooting
The only logical explanation for that shooting is Spectrum Magic. We just need to stop sharing the magic with our foes. Shocked by how well teams are shooting in our house. Live by the zone and die by the zone. BSU cracked the code on how to attack the zone. Pass to the center in the high post. Hav...

Too many to call us lucky. DB was the most clutch player I’ve ever seen. I really think the way he played and ran the court made great and sprinkle look a lot better Chaz Spicer has entered the chat. DB definitely is right there with him but in the clutch to knock down a shot or about 10 free throw...

Re: As a coach I'd be upset after this W
Gatereste, I repeat, Gatereste has no business being on the court in the final 3 minutes of a close game! He’s more of a liability than he is benefit. Nothing smaller guys like Templin or Tucker can’t do, but with a better chance of hitting FT. “Hack-A-Shaq” should be deployed anytime he touches th...

Re: Saturdays defense
My concern once again is the Spectrum atmosphere backfiring on Aggie players who have yet to adjust to it. We need Tucker badly to open up the offense, and Dexter too. Boise is going to go with their 3 guard 2 forward lineup so I think Fish will again spend most of the night on the bench.

I'd take Sakho over Gateretse, but the real miss was Carter Welling. He's the post presence this team so desperately needs Once his brother graduates, I'll bet Carter hits the portal again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EqHlBo0IBeA That last one was really impressive. He decided that he wasn’t going to let us lose this game. He skied for the rebound, lulled the defender to sleep, and popped a three in his face. Absolutely had a very Sam Merrill/Darius Brown type feel to the play.

Playing away at a great Michigan State team, but down 42-13 at half. Osobor 1 point Aggies got the deal of the century. Sprinkle’s buy out + Osobor’s NIL + Coach Calhoun hiring all to end up in a better situation as a program than we would’ve been if Sprinkle stayed. It's bizarro world, or the twil...
