Re: Sprinkle to Washington
Yeah nobody cares. We'll win with or without you. Only thing I take issue with is the blatant and overt tampering. All of the coaches who do this say it's a business decision. I agree. So when damages are done to one business competitor over a breach of contract, that should be enforced. Working for...

Meh. As long as the fans don't leave and the Spectrum doesn't collapse, we'll be fine. Any coach with a pulse and the internet will win 20 games a year here and then go somewhere else so they can have all of their future Marches free to watch the tourney on the couch with the rest of us. Why didn’t...

Lol nice chat gpt report. This report says nothing. I’m impressed by the amount of time you were able to spend on this forum trolling. If Nevada and BYU can beat them, we're in the game. Looking at their stats, they're not world beaters. Looking at our history lately though, all bets are off.

Of all the head coaches who have left USU since Stew retired, which ones have even made the NCAA tournament as a head coach, let alone in a first year? Speaks to the special nature of Logan and USU. It's time for us to actually quantify what that looks like financially/monetarily and write it into f...

Wally with some barbs in that postgame on CBS Sports — “Danny Sprinkle lost his composure.” Ouch. Enjoy, Washington. I, for one, think about 70% of the success coaches enjoy here is due to program quality, home court advantage, and fan base. Gimme that buyout money! This. Coaches are very fortunate...

Read what Dutcher said on KSL. He saw us making a run and felt like they had to make a stand. So he put Ledee back in. The rest is history. The fouls at the end should have been given while trying to steal the ball. It's more efficient that way because you get a chance at turning them over, and if t...

I guess I've been laboring under the impression that we already have a really good basketball program...so good, in fact, that we can pretty much plug in any coach from anywhere in the country and go to the tourney. At some point, it has to be acknowledged that the people who remain here, not the on...

Re: Fresno Fan Confronts Sprinkle Post Game
Does anyone really feel bad for the Red Wave, the CSU student section, or the Hurd after a loss? Win and you can gloat and do "winning team, losing team." Lose and your opponent can run around the court, taunting the opposing fans. Seems perfectly fair both ways. I loved the way Lucas celebrated, a...

We've all seen it on our own site. We may just not notice it as much. Agreed, and that's kind of my point as well. Never a good look to complain about refs when you were beat. Blaming the refs for losses is and always has been one of the lamest things a fanbase can do. In a close second to that is ...

I can say that there is definitely a demand for them. At least one person per game sends in a request on the text line or through other channels. Getting them back afterward would be the challenge. It would have to be like a $10 rental and $30 charge if you don’t return them or something like that....

Yep. Already hedging. We expected to win every game with Gary and Matt, even if it was improbable. Momentum is everything in NCAA athletics and punching above your weight all through the game is what allowed for some great finishes.

They can go into uncontrolled airports. All that means is it doesn't have a tower frequency for approach/departure and ground traffic at certain times of day or at all. They can still use the common frequency. And I believe the airport needs to have a minimum level of security, like fences and gates...

Re: Gotta Tell You
Iowa is typical of the Big 10. You'll rarely see them run away from you on the scoreboard. It's traditional football, four downs and a cloud of dust. Big lines and heavy RBs that wear you down as the game goes on. I expected the Big 10 recipe to work on us, but we stayed in it right to the end. Iowa...

I've interacted with Sabau and Cantwell briefly this semester. If they are anywhere near the negotiation table, we'll be part of whatever conference is formed. I couldn't believe how sharp and on point both of them are. USU is about to explode in a good way in all areas. Those two are a perfect stor...

I sadly won't be in attendance. I'm a 4th generation Aggie who, somehow by cosmic fate, has ended up in the Iowa MBA program. Everyone asks who I'm going to cheer for. Should be obvious, but since I work for USU for money which I then pay to Iowa in the form of tuition, we'll be in blue until that d...
