I was in Fort Collins last week on biz, and a friend, who son plays for Wyo cowboys, says they have been practicing since mid summer. They have been in camp like it was a regular season. so why haven't the Ags been doing the same if it is allowed??? if nothing else, for practice for young guys. I t...

Re: Big 10

I think if our conference was the mountain division only we would be playing right now. Thanks to Hawaii, SDSU, San Jose and New Mexico we are on the sidelines looking like fools. Also I'm sure the old Gary Andersen would have put up some sort of a fight to play. On another note whatever happened w...

It hurts me to the core that BYU is playing football in 6 days and we aren't having a season. I know the feeling as well, it's tough to comprehend. In Pennsylvania there is High School Football, The Eagles, Steelers, Temple and Pitt are playing while Penn State sits home. Notre Dame is playing whil...

Re: Outrage, or at least displeasure with Cancelled MWC Sports

Really easy to ask a bunch of kids to put their long term health on the line when you don't have any skin in the game. You’re not looking at the scientific data if you think it poses a significant health risk to young healthy college students. You’re fear mongering. But yeah, don’t want to play ? D...

Re: Outrage, or at least displeasure with Cancelled MWC Sports

It is the correct decision. Let's play, let's play until someone gets really sick and possibly dies. Then it's lawsuit after lawsuit and people crying that the conference did not care about the kids. This is a no win situation....it's like the mask debate. We may not like it or even accept it, but ...

Re: Are players from postponed teams maintaining their eligibility?

I wonder if they'll make any adjustments to the number of scholarships available, given the potential of what this might do to high school class recruits. I wonder if some kind of bailout money would be available for schools that were not able to raise the funds to cover additional scholarships for...

Has anyone actually received any form of correspondence from the ticket office regarding the cancellation of the season? I texted Ryan to see what the deal is. He told me the same options that had been posted already. I haven't received an announcement or email yet. I still have the old one from May.
