Post game quotes

Is there a link anywhere to see what coaches or players have to say about this Boise travesty? I can’t find a thing on USU’s site, Des News, AP, or 1280. I want to know what their reaction is so I can flush this stupid, stupid loss from my system.

#1 is like a kick to the groin. #2 is like a punch to the gut. #3 is like getting bopped in the face. All suck, just for very different reasons.

Not sure I would classify Crum as a running QB - but effective when he does. Good Luck tonight.
But he does lead the team in rushing yards.

In this series, the team that trails at half has gone gone on to win the game.

Gonna be a closer game than people think. A key mistake by Kent State could open it up for us though!

Re: Ranking of Mountain West Football Program

Certainly USU gets a solid return on investment. Issues about broad based fan support and budgetary concerns are real, yet we seem to do well offering a real college experience for players to participate and live in. The glowing financial future is located along the Wasatch Front which seems to be ...

Man, you guys are brutal [emoji24] I wrote the piece because there is a legitimate doubt Love will play. Gary wouldn’t confirm or deny a thing in his press conference. Everybody seems to be keeping it close to the vest. That hit he took against the Cowboys was brutal. I would be thrilled of course i...

Re: The Last Time Wyoming Came to Logan

This was the game I decided I never wanted to see Kent Myers play again. Giving up the safety was the last straw for me.

I mostly got my wish as we managed to barely get bowl eligible in 2017. Jordan actually made the offense competent.

If we get a bowl this year, it will be a huge win for next year. All those young players will get extra practices. For our piecemeal O line, it will help a ton as well for continuity. Dig deep Aggies!

I’m as upset as anyone about last night, but it’s important to keep perspective. There are good points on this thread. We know this team can be good, but we’re very thin at a lot of positions right now. Next year is going to be the real gauge of how Gary’s second tenure at USU will go. Sent from my ...

I hated this loss so much. Our run D is miles ahead of where it was in 2017. Just gotta play up to our standard to win this year! And any time you piss off Calhoun is a good day.

He did more good than bad for the program. He also created some great memories for us (and some not so good ones). The rest of the schedule is much easier. With a bye, I think we figure some things out on offense. I’m not ready to panic yet considering we didn’t have Warren today.

Not surprised about Koch. His injury looked very similar to when we lost Kyle Whimpey against SJSU in 2013.

I just hope Warren will be okay. We need him for conference play.

RB situation

If Warren is out for a bit, which seems could be a week or two, how does the RB situation shake out? Bright is solid, but Burt leaves a lot to be desired. Is there a chance we take the redshirt off Nawahine? Who else can reasonably step up and help our runners out? I doubt we struggle to put CSU awa...

Am I the only one expecting to win by double digits? This is the same SDSU team that could only muster 6 points against Weber State, right? It genuinely sucks as a fan, but I think there is little doubt it’s very good for the team. Also, we’re seeing that our competition is legit. If we can win some of these tough games, it will ultimately make for a satisfying season, even if we don’t play for the conference crown. I genuinely think we...

Run, run, and then run the ball some more down SDSU’s throat. Their D line is less good than it was a few years ago. We have to get yards on the ground this game or else I’m not sure Love can handle the pressure.
