How I look at it
Tier 1- Big Ten and SEC
Tier 2- ACC and Big 12
Tier 3 - MWC/PAC 2
Tier 4- Sun Belt and American
Tier 5- MAC and C-USA
Tier 4 and Tier 5 are basically dead conferences in the FBS with the future NIL and TV money difference.
