Re: USU WBB WIN #1

This looked better, and something to build on. I'm excited to see how they do in their next game against Colorado on Tuesday. They are 3-1 with their only loss to Boise St. I can't believe I did this, and we tell our teams not to, but I overlooked an opponent. We do play Colorado on Tuesday but, be...

Re: USU WBB vs UMKC Tonight! Get to the Spectrum and Support the Ladies!

Yeah, not a good showing. As stated, nothing seems to be going right. How long will he keep trying this? Are these the only ideas he has? You think the assistant coaches would be nudging him saying hey, we should try something different. We talk about halftime changes but it’s the same thing after h...

Re: USU WBB vs UMKC Tonight! Get to the Spectrum and Support the Ladies!

I will give them a bit, I hope it is like volleyball and as the season goes things start to click. By the time conference play comes around hopefully we have gelled more and the game plan becomes clearer.

USU WBB vs UMKC Tonight! Get to the Spectrum and Support the Ladies!

If I wasn't 1,100 miles away I would try to make the game. I'm excited for this season, I think we'll see a lot of improvement from the last few seasons. Show up if you can, support the ladies! I'll be watching online. And, I will always call them UMKC, I can't call them Kansas City, it sounds like ...

Re: Tickets for Iowa

Just in case anyone is going to try to do the double with the women's basketball game in Omaha on Tuesday, November 26, Nebraska-Omaha has opened ticket sales for that game. https://am.ticketmaster.com/uno/buy?filterType=9

Re: What head coaches that you like for next season

One other coach to maybe put on the list is P.J. Fleck. He is the current coach at Minnesota and I think will be on the hot seat. He has an Ohio connection (was a grad assistant at Ohio St) and has a good coaching background and a good record. But, at Minnesota, he hasn’t lived up to where everyone ...

Re: Tickets for Iowa

As for the start time, I think the time may be a placeholder for now. On the official website it says tbd for both game times and TV provider. I’m hoping they announce times soon. It could start at 7, but they haven’t said if USU will play game one or two either.

Re: Tickets for Iowa

I bought tickets for me and my brother today. We’ll be in section 103. I was at the last Big 12 women’s tournament. Since everything is lower bowl most seats will be pretty good. I do agree, I like the corners as well.

USU 38
RMU 9

Some people have the goal of winning this game, my goal this year is to play every week there is a game. Last few times I've played I start the first couple of weeks and then forget. If I can make it through the season posting for every game I'll feel like I've accomplished something.

Re: Tickets for Iowa

Just saw this posted. They have redone the tournament into a one day doubleheader. So, just one game. https://nabc.com/nabc_releases/2024/2024-hall-of-fame-classic-matchups-announced/ It looks like the Iowa game in Kansas City on Nov 22 is actually a tournament called the Hall of Fame Classic. I wish the dates weren't so close to Thanksgiving, but a cool midwest double with the men playing Iowa in KC on Friday 11/22 and the women playing Nebraska-Omaha in Omaha on Tuesday 11/26.

Did anyone DM him? What does this mean? He's working his a$$ off to maximize his NIL opportunities because he turned down a $HIT LOAD of money to stay at Utah State. Him, Jalen Royals, Rahsul Faison, and Broc Lane, to name a FEW have been about as loyal to Utah State as any of us could have EVER ho...

Also, there is quite a list of bugs that people have seen. Funniest one I saw so far is someone tried to do a fake kick on an extra point and then they weren't able to select plays for the rest of the game. There are over 1000 comments on the post so far: https://www.reddit.com/r/NCAAFBseries/commen...

Re: First footage of USU in CFB 25

Any comments on recruiting? Good or bad? I've played 14 forever and heard that recruiting will be harder, which wouldn't take much. I'm just hoping it won't become so much of a grind that you get sick of it.

Feel bad for the softball and women's track teams. It's a long article, worth a read, and may raise your blood pressure a bit.
