Re: Early December Games - COVID Impact

It is almost certain that students will not be on campus after Thanksgiving. USU is adjusting the semester calendar and recommending that the last few weeks of the semester be online. This is likely a good campus/public health strategy as it will keep students from returning from Thanksgiving break...

Re: Student athletes already showing up on campus with covid

I stand by my lighthearted statement of 12 asymptomatic college athletes testing positive for the Rona. I also wouldn't make that same statement about someone dying. Comparing these two scenarios would definitely be a false equivalency and searching for something to be offended about. Take it easy ...

Re: Yikes!! Who signed off on these?

When you see things like this, it's likely it's one of the coaches or interns on the football staff putting it together quickly. There are people in the athletics department that make graphics and content and I believe there is also a company on retainer, but often are difficult to get it done in a ...

Jordan told me he is returning on May 28 to get back to working out and be ready for summer ball mid June. Are they going to test him Tania? Everyone that is out of state has to come home by June 1st, they will have a 14 day quarantine and start practicing approx the 15th. (they had a meeting today...

No spring start, and for those touting a vaccine just remember that the flu vaccine was 45% effective last flu season. We don't need a vaccine in order for life to continue as normal. Honestly, I don't think Aaron Rodgers should have to do anything for Jordan. This is professional football and Rodgers doesn't have to train the guy the team picked to replace him. It's his job to win games NOW. It's Jordan's job to learn as quickly as possible and in the event Rodgers were to get ...

What you all aren't factoring in is that there's basically going to be a 6 week practice requirement before any games. https://watchstadium.com/ncaas-football-oversight-committee-suggests-6-week-practice-period-before-season-can-begin-04-27-2020/ For schools like the ones in California, Oregon, & W...

Here is the thing about most anti-body tests. They suck and are unreliable. So while everybody and their brotther are making them, 85% of them don't work. I’d like to see some data on that. I work for a company that makes tests that are searching for specific antibodies, mainly for cancer detection...

Ok, I'll play. That may all very well be true. Anti-body test may be terribly innacurate. But there's something to be said about the fecal matter tests that indicate the same regarding a much higher infected rate, and the controled studies performed by Stanford, the NBA, or Cruise ships on all peop...

States/hospitals receive added funding if deaths are coded under the Rona. WOW. I did not know this. I'm sure no one would cook the books on Rona numbers. I mean, no one is ever dishonest. I sell to Hospitals. I can tell you that your average hospital is losing a million dollars a day right now. Th...
