Best comment yet so far on Cougarboard: "Guess the complaints about B12 padding the NET w/ cupcake OOC schedule was true At least as far as BYU was concerned. Maybe Pope will schedule a tougher OOC next year. It's no wonder the committee drops BYU a seed or two every time we make the tourney." I rar...

Utah State focused on SJSU

Found this good article on CBS Sports that talks about the upcoming game against SJSU. Love how Sprinkle makes sure the focus is right in front of them. Whether they execute and get the win?

Re: Bracketology Conundrum

Can someone please explain to me how SDSU is a 4 seed? I get that they beat some PAC 12 teams, and Gonzaga, but the rest of their schedule is crap! They lost to BYU and Grand Canyon. I would like to hear a reasonable explanation of how they are picked and ranked so high when they are in 4th place in...

Very interesting watch from Scott Van Pelt from ESPN talking about the Net effect of RUTS and SOS. He picks on Iowa State a little bit, but it is most of the Big 12.

One game that stands out is Kendall Youngblood's 39 points against the mighty Runnin Rebels. Kendall lived in the same apartment complex as us and it was a shame we didn't win the game.

There is just no way that the twins will use their PAC money to buy out MW level teams. They conference still has liabilities and you don't just reduce your media budget from 30 million to 0 and start paying buyout fees. Also, who says Gloria caved? We have no word what happened in the negotiation, ...

Had a lot of dropped passes, and a few bad passes, but I think he is getting better week to week. It's tough listening to Colin Cowherd rip on Jordan. He must have lost a bet or something with Jordan playing. Can't stand that guy.

The ruling for the temporary restraining order in the case against the PAC-12 has been granted. This means no PAC-12 Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday.

Re: Stanford, Cal, and SMU to ACC now official

The next question is will Florida State and Clemson use this as their exit key since they've been trying to move away from the ACC since all the conference realignment dominoes have start to fall. Either way this is good news for USU and the MWC. If this happens, does the ACC add some mountain west...

Question, if OSU and WSU join with the MWC and the conferences merge, would that mean that the TV deal is null and void? Would we then be able to go negotiate a new deal with the "new" old conference? Might be a selling point for Gloria to pitch the PAC remnants.

Riggs also said just a few days ago (then deleted) that we're hiring some non-Duryea Boise assistant.
He also was the one saying Steven Ashworth had received an offer from YBU for $200,000 in NIL money.

In the end, there will be only 2 Power Conferences, the SEC and the BIG 10 or some combination of them both. Whoever get's into the big boys club will have all the money and leverage. Anyone leftover will be competing for scraps in a G5 level or some other designation.
