Re: Zach Edey is a beast
Just watched the condensed game. If we get the same refs, it's going to be hard to get him into foul trouble. They let a LOT of physical play go without a call. No complaints, just an observation that it shouldn't be our primary/only strategy.

The only guarantee is right here, right now. Next year we could have another pandemic. The team could be injury laden. The NCAA could implode with top FB schools leaving and March Madness could change forever. You can't be far-sighted when so much change is on the horizon. DS staying guarantees not...

There is a thread about it on their message board. Apparently the coaches haven't been fan friendly, and they botched a renovation of the stadium that ended up making the fan experience worse. They've had declining attendance for a few years, it would seem.

Make signs of all the tweets that made Max mad in his spat with the Boise journalist. Make sure he can read them. Chant "you've been grounded" every time he goes to the bench. Chant "nepotism" every time he comes off the bench. Every time the coach throws a fit, chant something about being an unfit ...

My grandpa is rolling in his grave. Sagebrush was the bane of his life. The family homesteaded a little outside of Heber and when chores were done he'd go fire up the Cat, dragging chains and spiked logs ripping out that nasty stuff. So Utah will potentially have 4 pro teams, Hockey and Basketball, that pretty much run concurrently and Soccer and Baseball that run concurrently. To me it kind of makes sense to have the Jazz in Salt Lake, with the hockey team in the southern part of the valley, and have Baseball in Salt Lake with...

Aggie fans and complaining about local media coverage. Name a better duo! Like clockwork. Perhaps the problem is as simple as there not being as many Aggie fans as there are byu and utah? Maybe now that Cauthen is gone we can have JLove stop by in the spring and teach the team Man Stuff? Cauthen has been roasted pretty hard for the man stuff thing but is there a single coach in all of football who doesn’t say pretty much the same thing to his players? It's all about the delivery.

While I understand that we don't have the full formula, I'm interested to hear ideas on tweaking it. IMO, beating a q1 opponent on the road by 20-30 points should be taken into account, but beating a q4 team by the same margin at home should not have as much effect.

Can they change it mid season? Not to be too cheeky, but fewer points allowed; about two fewer touchdowns allowed per game. I don't have strong opinions on what formation we use to get it. I don't care if it comes from creating turnovers or from stunting, blitzing, etc. I don't even care if we take the five touchdowns we allowed ...

I know Jordan is signed through next year and I don't know what the rules are for NFL extensions, but if it's allowed I'd bet they give restructure it to a long term extension this off-season. I think they try to ink him a multi year extension this off season rather than wait until next. After this...

There's nobody on this team Ashworth could replace. Is he better than Brown. No. Ashworth has to have the ball in his hands. Brown wants the ball out of his hands to others, except when a big shot is needed. Would he replace Falslev or Martinez? Off the bench maybe. Falslev's 3 point shot is starti...

That was the game that they didn't score for almost 10 minutes, and only made 4 field goals in the first half. The student section cheered them mockingly when they finally scored.
