AFL Grand Final

The 'Pies are premier! Collingwood beats Brisbane 90-86. It was a great final, and no Colliewobbles (thanks AussieAggieDad) this year.

It was a fun last set to watch (of the women's volleyball game in which they beat New Mexico at UNM, for USU99😝). They reeled off something like twelve or 13 points straight to win that thing

Wow, this man has lived through so much heartbreak. He did a massive thing for someone close to me on his own dime. If I could get in touch with him, he's always got an open door at my place.

At the end of the first quarter, UConn 17-0 lead. At the end of the game, 27-20 Aggies win.

Re: Hale mata wearing a boot

Is this why the RB’s were killing it today? I had been impressed with the RB’s. Most improved unit IMHO. Gonna take pressure off the QB. Are the RBs good, or are the DL and LBs just really bad? Gonna wait til Iowa to decide. Were you at the scrimmage? I was at the scrimmage. The offense pretty much...

Re: MWC Expansiom: NMSU and UTEP

NMSU cancelled the last portion of last basketball season. Bball players were involved in a stadium brawl when playing UNM in football, collosally poor judgment led to a mutual shooting in which an NMSU player killed a guy, and season stopped when coach was fired and serious allegations of intra-squ...

Absolutely, but I was counting on us winning in addition to someone going off for 40+. [emoji16] It’s fun to see someone get into the zone. Anyone know who the last Aggie player that went off for 40+?
In my recollection, it was Jaycee against NMSU with 44. Have we had anyone since then?

Nothing significant at BC tonight that hasn't already been reported. Personally, I was bummed with our fanbase. We had 20 or so attendees. If I was one of the coaches, I'd be disheartened that so few showed up. The event was nice, we had Coaches White, Anderson, Sprinkle, and Martins accompanying Je...

There was that one game against Nevada where a few hundred students who arrived early (during the women's game?) had to go wait up on the concourse until the "doors opened" - luckily they didn't kick us outside again. The haunting "Babbit" taunts from the top of the Spectrum during Nevada warmups w...

Coordinated motion is great in distracting FT shooters, but targeted focus is almost better - which is why Wild Bill was so good at making players miss. Based on my experience watching less loud Gossner games and women's ball, it's pretty easy to get in the head of an opponent when you have targete...

In days of yore, the entire crowd stood and clapped in unison at the beginning of the game and kept it up until the Aggies' first basket. Not to kick an Aggie when their down, but there is a possibility of Muss vs. Bennett in the Sweet 16.
Muss would have been a much better hire than Duryea in March of 2015.

I think/hope our experience with UNLV helps us in this game. My limited viewing of Missouri showed a defense that overplays a bit to force turnovers. We handled UNLV's best shot in our home game.
