Re: Odom = Duryea

And to the OP, fully disagree that Odom is equal to Duryea. This season's been tough and has, in my opinion, highlighted the lack of developed talent on this year's team. Duryea failed to recruit a key guy who was already on the team and coming to practice. The talent level on the team he inherited ...

Re: Odom = Duryea

So, we are saying that Smith was successful on the back of Duryea's recruits (Sam) and striking gold on one recruit (Queta). This combined with a weak MWC. I honestly don't really care about all of the excuses. The guy won championships and got into the NCAA tourney. I believe he would have done be...

Unfortunately, Jones' play tonight has been representative of the majority of his games this year. He's had a few exceptions that were exceptional. Aside from that, he's made as many plays that have helped the opponent as those that have helped the Aggies.

Re: Did Christmas break make our guys forget what a 3 point shot is?

That 2019-20 team had some pretty horrific losses too. Including a 79-60 ass-kicking in Colorado Springs The loss I still remember the most was blowing an 18 point lead with 4 minutes to play, which I didn’t think could possibly be done. But oh yes that AF loss was very embarrassing too. A meltdown...

Re: Free Throw Distractions

It should be illegal. They were using optical illusions which mess with the eye. It shouldn't be illegal. Distractions are part of what makes basketball games fun. The Spectrum made it's name by getting in opposing players heads. Agreed, if we want to dish it out, we've gotta be able to take it.

Imagine this team without Bean and Horvath.

:puke: :puke: :puke:

I’m not kidding when I say I’d bring like 3 guys back.
Unfortunately, a third to half the time Horvath is on the floor he's not really there. When he's dialed in, he's great. When he isn't, he's a huge liability.

With ADA seating, you're somewhat at the mercy of what the facility itself has to offer. They may not actually have chairback seating next to ADA seating. I'd reach out to the facility and see what their options are for ADA and then follow up with ticket buying from there

Gonzaga’s new facility (2004) holds 6000. I also like the scarcity thinking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk The difference to me is that the Zags increased size by a few thousand seats. He's one of those guys who somehow has that intangible of figuring out how to win. I think he's done a fantastic job overall this year. He's really taken a beating along with an undue amount of criticism. There is no way we're at 9-3 with any other qb on the roster.

Jaycee was incredible. 46% over almost 800 point shots, that is amazing.
The other amazing thing about Jaycee was the degree of difficulty on so many of his shots. He'd curl off a screen with no time to really set up and would hit regularly. He RARELY had easy looks.

Shooting will be up and down, and I'm not overly concerned about that. My biggest area for concern over both games is rebounding. To me, that's a desire/determination/compete kind of a stat. We got obliterated last night in that effort category. We have two guys who seem to really want to grab a reb...
