Re: Bonner should be 0-3 as official starting qb

I wish Peasley could beat out Bonner as the starter. Bonner is generally solid but not spectacular. Peasley hasn't been up to the task despite having had opportunities. Somehow Bonner's been able to make plays in crunch time. I'm overall pleased with his play. Peasley's struggled when he's tried to ...

Doesn't NMSU still use AggieVision for all their games? It was a non-hd broadcast, but not bad at all. And it was free.

We aren’t good enough to play in the MW title game this year guys. A bowl game is looking likely.
And I'll be pleased as could be with that. I'd love to be in the title game, but we clearly have some gaps to figure out before we're at that level. I LOVE this team's fight.

Re: Donkeys vs Kitties

I feel particularly badly for last week's guests who sat in my area and made sure to comment on every area in which their program is superior to ours. Pleasant bunch of guests who ensured at the end I wasn't confused as to which team was the victor. Hopefully they've been made aware this week of per...

Re: Surprised the zoobs haven’t travelled better.

A lot of byu fans in the lower chair back seats. Disgusting. For $1000 per ticket, I'd consider selling my seat to a zoob. I can't blame Aggie fans for that. Furthermore, the zoobs were probably expecting their team to be on that side of the field. I can blame them because they leave people like me...

Re: We lost the TOs 3-1. That's how you lose to BSU.

I know this is a crazy thing to say at this moment, but I think Avalos is ultimately going to fail at BSU. He’ll survive for awhile on having better players than the rest of the conference, but this isn’t going to end well for BSU, IMO. And you're saying this because........??? Because BS has been ...

I loved the shovel pass. I loved how Terrell knew what was coming, but did not give away any indication what the play was. It was for sure the right decision to go for it. There is 4 minutes left and if you punt you may not see the ball back. It was great block from Alifua to spring him as well. I ...

Zach Wilson is very good. I'll give him that. He went to a QB graveyard though. If he's good enough to turn the Jets around, that'll really be something. Regardless, Jordan Love could lead Green Bay to 3 straight Super Bowls and still get less local press than Zach Wilson will get for every TD he t...

Shoutout to Connor Coles

While the offense worked through some development over the course of the evening, Coles did a great job of being steady throughout the game. His reliability kept us within reach. Great game for a kid who waited in the wings during Eberle's awesomeness. Way to go!

Just an absolute pleasure to have watched his Aggie career. His Blue-White debut showed loads of potential, the total domination of St. Maries, the freshman game against Caravacho with the steal, drive, and dunk, beating Nevada, comeback from injury, the entire junior year domination. What a player!!!

Chris Murray checks in with his thoughts.. At this point, I think he's a heck of a lot closer than Sean Paul. I laughed (with something between joy and spite) at Sean Paul's ranking of Boise, but I think Chris Murray has the better projection. Chris Murray has the audacity to watch all of the MWC t...

Stew was fantastic. He wasn't perfect. He also stayed long enough to have his imperfections on full display. I had to chuckle at the comment about the "occasional trip to the dance." He went 8 times in his first 13 years, obviously didn't go in his last four years. His stretch was phenomenal compare...

Sounds like your observation is that shooting did us in. Mine is that turnovers were the more significant problem. You'll just have to disagree with me on what would have been helpful.

No thanks on Newbold. Guy went 3 of 13 from 3 in NCAA tournament games.
He also had a grand total of three turnovers in those games. More possessions and heady passing would have been a significant boon against Tech.
