He is probably my relative also, as Greg Grant, Nathan Grant, and Josh Grant were my second cousins. Hell, a Grant and only 45 miles away from me. I didn’t know, I didn’t know! Dang you, Putz! I thought/hoped you were involved in the positive influence that swayed this young man to come to Utah Sta...

Very sad news indeed. What a great Aggie, and what a tremendous heart to fight the cancer as long as he did. My best to his family. His poor mother. Ugh.

You didn't go to Van Halen?!? Did they really play the Spectrum? Yep, in 1979. They were booked not long before they really hit it big, and kept their agreement. I can't fathom something like that nowadays. Here's a link with a bit of info. https://www.google.com/amp/s/vanhalenrising.tumblr.com/pos...

Don’t change the Spectrum at all I have always liked it, and always will. Many wonderful memories there. I still get goosebumps when I walk in! I also likes the old arena George Nelson field house! Got my first kiss there in 1968. Got Wayne Estes autograph that fateful night, even walked out onto t...

In this hypothetical world, we still win in regulation if Flynn's shot goes in because Neemi's dunk that was taken away by the horrid out-of-bounds call actually counts. Aggies win by 2.

Cy Young 511 wins, starters now will have difficulty passing 300. Hoss Rayburn also won 60 games in a single season. I think Cy Young's record of complete games is another in the category of untouchable. His career high is over 100 complete games more than the 2nd place guy. His individual season h...

It was quite interesting several years ago to see the Grizz fans after a win at Eastern Washington. I was amazed at how many Grizz fans were looking to fight. It was a good game, they won, and I saw several different pockets of confrontations walking out of the game. I was really surprised by that.

Vague memory on this one, but it seems like we were down by more than a possession with less than 10 seconds left against the whY in the early 80's when one of their players punched Tann Tueller. The ensuing free throws and possession leading to a score won the game for the good guys. I was quite yo...

B-Ray was one tough hombre. He certainly had a double dose of competitive streak. One of my favorite memories was against the Y in the Spectrum, don't remember specifically what year. He got the ball at the left low post and went straight up for a nasty dunk. He wasn't a guy I'd seen as a significan...
