Re: Summarizing the new transfers / recruits

Define rebuild.

I wouldn’t be completely shocked to be bowl eligible next season. I would be shocked to compete for a mwc championship.

That’s my bold prediction for the year.

Re: Maile's "three pillars" recruiting strategy (from the report)

No not bleak at all. Great players in the State. But once Stanford, USC, Oregon and others have ravaged the top 10.... with Utah and BYU picking up the rest.... rather than looking farther down the rung we should be looking elsewhere. not to be argumentative, but how is that NOT bleak? if i underst...

And this is why the mwc should be trying their best to get BYU and Houston and maybe 1-2 more if necessary. However our AD doesn’t seem to think towards the future. And yea oleblu I’m aware they probably wouldn’t come but we still should be having those conversations and showing SDSU Boise and othe...

S&C is so huge! I was suspicious that S&C was a massive weak spot since Scholz left. The disproportionate amount of injuries was very concerning year 1. Although, some leeway should be afforded because it dies take time for someone to learn the bodies of over 100 new clients all at once. Get gainzzz...

Re: Interesting Post from the SDSU Board.

I liked that they called out South Dakota as "the fake one". The fact we went from letting the fake one run us out of the gym to us putting forth a great dominant defensive performance in beating the real one shows how far we have become. The win tonight meant more than the previous 6 combined. We ...

I was today years old when I learned (Duck Dynasty)

Phil Robertson was the starter ahead of Terry Bradshaw at La Tech. Phil Roberston left LaTech to pursue his duck hunting passion... That's a crazy story to me. Think of all the people that were naysayers to Phil Robertson and he made it big. (I guess it's very likely I'd have known that had I ever w...

Re: Alabama stopping Ohio State with 10 guys brings back memories

I have a theory that one of the keys to Alabama being so good because they just hire the discarded HCs that were quality and were either fired too soon by eager boosters or had non-disqualifying personal problems that made it hard for them to be HCs. What other team loses their OC and then hires an ...

I wonder if that undefeated 2007 patriots team takes solace in only losing the last game of the 2007 “tournament”. They beat the giants in the regular season- and those giants lost to a team that no longer has a name. So that’s good enough. Patriots were the champs! Amirite?

I’d just like to know if he’s building a bridge. He’s in a good position in the Athletics Department. I’d hope for him to be a visible part of the solution

Distance isn’t the only factor in airline pricing. I wonder how much the jump would actually cost Boise. I don’t think hotels, meals or local coach services would increase that much. I'd often agree with that statement. But in this case I stand by my words.
